Wow so much to say so many photos. First off we left Vegas late on the 4th. Drove all day and reached Seattle late on the 5th. We went to church the next day and then we drove to Pacific Beach, WA. it is a small city on the coast. The Sherwood's were having a family reunion. It was a cool 65 there most days. The kids had fun playing at the beach, playground and playing with cousins. We had a great time and were sad to leave. Thursday we drove down to Portland and spent 2 days there. We went to OSMI, the science museum there. Will Chris and My dad went on a tour of a sub. They enjoyed it. The next day we went to the Zoo and Children's museum. The kids loved all the hands on stuff. So I am trying to be a good mother and we might actually visit the Lied Children's Museum here in town (any who have been let me know if it is worth it). Saturday we work up at 5am and did another marathon drive home. We drove through Reno and then the the ugliest state I have ever seen. Yes this would be the state of Nevada. Wow. we got to drive through a wind/thunder storm and it only improved the look. We got home late Sat night. The kids did good in the car.
I think that we are all glad to be done traveling for a while, and are ready to get back into our regular schedule. We celebrated our 7th anniversary while at the reunion. It seemed like every other day. I think we will try to make our birthdays a little more memorable.
Since we got back it has taken a few days to get back to normal. Sunday after church we came home to find out that our AC was not working. Yes 4th time breaking in 3 years. This time we had no warranty so we called a few people who were very very helpful and Chris now knows how to fix the fan on an AC unit. Sadly this was not the only problem. SO we had to call a AC company that we have used in the past and they came out. Said Chris did a great job installing the fan. The problem was also there was a .65 fuse that was needed. But all in all Chris is learning more about AC units so maybe next year he can fix what ever problem might be wrong. We are planning ahead. So after spending the night with a very kind family we are back home and so glad to be.
Hopefully the photos have been added correctly.
