finally something to look at

here are some photos of the last week

The first one is Will and Chris play Xbox. they play Simpson's Road Rage. And all they do is chase each other and try to hit the other one. We have video of it but I'm not sure it will upload. Will just drives to the right and in circles. Chris is a great sport about it all.

Grandma Carmen came to visit last weekend which means the air mattress gets to be pumped up. The kids love playing on it. They discovered that it is really fun when the air is coming out.

Yesterday as I was lying on the couch just been lazy because I could not breath The older Kids and I were eating chips and salsa (Do they have Sherwood Blood in them? maybe) Well I put the chips on the counter but at some point Annmarie decided that she wanted more. So she got the bag down. Then she was a perfect child and put it back on the counter. . . wait she left it on the ground and as you can see Jeffrey was very grateful and very willing to share.

This morning I was wondering what or even if it would spike, Jeffrey's hair would like like spiked here is a shot not so great but hey it worked.

Oh did I speak (blog) too quickly

OK well in the blog below I said that we were all healthy. Yeah then a few hours later I was cursed because I jinxed myself. Do I really believe this . . . no but I just feel like an idiot because I posted it. What might be wrong in the healthy Scott household? Well Will woke up last night with a 103.3 fever. Yeah the Motrin and a lukewarm bath brought it down along with some medical advice of every 3 hours switch Tylenol and Motrin. Will was great after 12am. I thought great he's better he's over the flu (which by the way, they all got the flu shot) Today I curled up on the couch trying to figure out if I was dying or not. After searching Web MD and looking closely in my Kleenex's I can confirm that yes it is Allergies. So I cannot contaminate any of you. I just need to find something that allows me to breath through my nose and stops the never ending flow of nasal . . . never mind. tmi. This evening I give Jeffrey a shower and after getting him in jammies etc. Will is extra whiney and is loosing it at the drop of a hat. I touch his head and think hey he feels warm great this means another night on the couch. So we are now with round 2 of the medicine for the night and the fever is still a little higher than what I am comfortable with but he is sleeping and still drinking water. So we shall pray all night long that it will break and he will be back to normal. After all tomorrow is his first primary activity. How said it would be form him to miss it.

When I am feeling more energetic I will add a photo of What Jeffrey likes to do while his mom is on the couch trying to breath.

Best news ever the spell check is again working!!!!!!! I must find joy in the simple things of life

If only I had brought my camera

This morning The kids and I went to "my school." We went to Roger Gehring Elementary.

This is my school since this is where I did my student teaching and a majority of my subistute teaching. I keep intouch with Tom (PE) and Coach (aide). I went this moring to borrow dodgeballs. Yes I cannot get enough of them. Someday I may buy my own. We have an activity tonight that my age group is in charge of. Who dosen't love a good ole game of dodgeball.

So I went in before the gym and the kids loved the PE room. for those of you who do not live here Elem PE. . . some teachers have a room which is 2 classrooms put together, or a closet which is part of the cafateria. Nice huh no cushy gymnasiums. The kids remember this room quite well. The first thing they do everytime they come in is go to the big rolling crate of balls and jump in and then throw them all out. Tom is so funny he just sits there and chats with me and laughs at the crazyness of my kids. Then says he could never stay at home and do this. This is happening while Will is throwing kickballs out of the crate aand hitting Jeffrey in the head. Jeffrey only cried when Will threw a basketball at his head. He is going to be one tough kid. After a while they got bored so then they start to explore. There is a huge cloest with lots of things in it Annmarie found the little dome cones. So she and Will proceded to place them on their heads and call them helmets. Then Will wanted to use the pole that holds the cones as a bat. So I went and found a raquet. He and I played a little baseball while the other 2 roamed.

The Coach walked in. He is a 60 year old retired military black man. I love this man. He is there in the school because he wants to be. There need to be a lot more people in the schools who are in the same boat. Tom had said that they were teasing him earlier and had a few kids call him grandpa. So I told my kids that is who He was. Will loved that, he figured he then had permission to treat him like his dad. He found a pool noodle and started running around like a crazy. . . ok like Will and was hitting coach with it. The coach got one and was hitting Will back. It was a blast to see.

My kids did not want to leave and did not want to go to the gym they wanted to stay at Mommy's school. Yeah tomorrow will be nice trying to return the dodgeballs tomorrow.

Health update. . . The kids are doing much better. They all cough and have runny noses, but you can tell they are all much better. I discovered I am not sick just have allergy issues. Yet I will be the first to tell you I have no allergies. I have a great way of thinking huh.

a bunch of sickies

Yes there has not been a post in a few days since all the kids are little sickies. So sick I did not take them to the gym on sat or monday. Ok they were worse sat than monday but my mother in law was here yesterday so she watched them. They have that couching runny nose thing. Man it stinks. I am a light sleeper with my kids, as I am sure most mothers are. So when my kids are coughing all night long it kind of reduces my sleep patterns. So I become lets say a little more irratable as usual.

Synday they were doing much better not as much coughing and just a little runny nose. So I thought they will be fine at church. Well. . . with in minutes of it starting both Will and Annmarie started coughing like crazy. Of course I did not have anything for them to drink (great perpared mother that I am) but they stopped. Then Will fell asleep sitting up on the bench. nice huh. So I said to Chris the boys need to go home after Sacrament meeting. Annmarie fell asleep on me and sadly all I could think was please do go to the bathroom on me. She has actually been the healthiest of them all so see stayed at church.

I have had a little sore throat but nothing as bad as the kids. Chris got a little something last week but he is fine. So today is the very tedious task of really really cleaning the house doors etc. maybe because I am going to clean sooo well someone will come look at our condo and want to buy it. Hey it helps to have wishful thinking right? Hopefully you all hvae healthy children and you are healthy as well. only a few more sick months right?

NOw I looked at others peoples posts and any one who knows me knows I do not have a bag/purse. I do have diaper bag so here goes.

I own a very fancy and expensive (over the counter) Lands end bag. It is still the best shade of white/black/ blue that it came. Wait it was only white and blue when I got it.

I had to go to my car a retrieve this because I never bring it in the house. by the contents inside you will agree.

First off note in the diaper bag are NO diapers. . . yeah thanks Britain I needed to put some in.

There is a bag of wipes, desitin, a pen, color wonder marker, A green train thomas but not thomas, lugi, the green Alien from Toy Story, and Chapstick (see I do own something girly. 1 thing of smarties, 1 bag of cheetos. Then the intresting. . . a pair of Will's underwear why I have no clue he has not had an accident in months. A pink Sweater of Annmarie's that she had an accident on at the gym (It has now been washed) and a pair of black pants for Annmarie. and a whole bunch of smartie wrappers. (yes Sunday was stake Conf. it kept the kids busy) last but not least 5 socks. Yes 5. there are 2 pairs then a random other sock. they are there since the kids insist on wearing flip-flops, the need socks for the gym.

what is the most intresting is what is missing. No diapers no underwear for Annmarie and no Money etc. Hopefully this was not too painful for you all.

Do I really think anyone will do it probally not but hey I had to pick 5 people that have read my blog once, or posted on it once.

Why it takes so long

Some weeks I am very good at making multiple posts. Other weeks not so good. Well other than having 3 kids 3 and under my excuse is Jeffrey. You see he is a huge fan of things he can pull. So it seems that everytime I think about posting I walk over to the computer and it has been unplugged from the wall. He does not care that there is this red button on the surge protector that he can push. He just wants to pull the big plug out of the wall. He is also very helpful when I vaccum (which happens multiple times a day). he likes to stand infront of the vaccum. he is a great helper.

In more positive news We started potty training Annmarie, again. We started about a month ago but when she went through 5 pairs of underwear in less than 4 hours I was done. So tuesday we started again. The great news is that on Wed she had a completly dry day!!!! I cheated a put a diaper on her at the gym, but it was dry!!! She loves using the potty there at the gym since it is a little kid one. Who ever came up with kiddie toilets should be rich (I am sure they are).

In case any one needs polos for little boys Old navy has them on sale for 2.99. up to size 5T. I woudl have bought more if I could justify That Will would actually let me put it on him. But Jeffrey still has no choice on what he wears.

Hope that you all had a great Valentines day. Ours was so eventful. Takeout from Outback. BUt Will and Annmarie would not eat the chicken nuggets we made for them. They wanted my steak. Who's kids are they?

And I am the only one having trouble with spell check? I really really need it to work this way you all cannot tell I only made it through the 2nd grade.

Jenn inspired me

OK my friend Jenn posted a whole post on possible easter dresses for her daughter. I loved a lot of her dresses, but found one at Costco that I really liked. I bought it. For all those who know me this might shock you. it is a little fru-fru. I got it home and showed Chris. He does not like the fru-fru or the fact that it is sleeveless. A point that I totally missed. So I took some photos with Annmarie in it with a t-shirt underneath. The shirt was not pirfectly clean nor was her hair done. She had gotten out of the shower and I wanted to try it on her while she was still clean. So incase I return it it will still be clean. I know I could do a sweater, but what would I do during the summer. Let me know how tacky the t-shirt looks with it. I am so sad because I really love this dress, there is even a bow in the back that is cute. I know I'm becoming a girly person. I can live vicariously though Annmarie. any and all thoughts would be most welcome. Here are the photos.

Do you think they are related?

ok so yesterday I went to storage and took out the 12-18 mo box of boy clothes. Yes Jeffrey is that big now. . . well parts of him are that big, you can be the judge. But I was reminising about all the clothes when I saw them. on I remember Will in this and so forth so I decided to get a photo of Jeffrey in on out fit that Will also wore a lot. It is nice to know that somethings Will did not completly trash. While looking in the box I also realized that I do not need to buy Jeffrey any shirts with buttons on the bottom. Yes I looks as If I bout every shirt that target was selling about 3 times. But here are the photos do you think they look the same or just like siblings. or then maybey they don't look anything like each other you be the judge.

PLus there is another shot of Will. His latest it to want his shirt tucked in ALL THE WAY!!!!! I am mortified by this but just so he can see what his fashion choices were as a child
